CSSTEP 01Simple first-party analytics
The website records public page views and named interactions such as opening a guide or copying a command. It stores time, site, language, path without query parameters, event name, device category and referring domain. It does not store raw IP addresses or a persistent visitor identifier.
STEP 02No analytics cookies
Public analytics uses no cookies. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Detailed events are retained for up to 90 days. Without visitor identification it cannot measure exact unique users.
STEP 03Administration and external links
Administrator login uses a necessary secure session cookie. Links to WVG open a separate website with its own policies. Request protection temporarily uses a one-way derived rate-limit key. Infrastructure questions and contact options are available on the official WVG website.
